Unprecedented challenges
Luna Eden Publishing emerged during a time of significant global upheaval, specifically the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. At the helm of this venture is Trish, our founder, who was then using her skills and expertise as a group therapist. The pandemic brought about unprecedented challenges, forcing individuals into isolation and disrupting the normalcy of daily life. For many, including Trish, this period of lockdown catalysed introspection and creativity.
Champion their voices
In 2022, she decided to pursue a degree in creative writing and publishing. This educational journey deepened her understanding of the literary world while honing her writing skills. It also highlighted the challenges underrepresented authors face in the industry, sparking a fire in her to champion their voices.
Trish founded Luna Eden Publishing in 2023 and made it a limited company in 2024.
Revival of a creative spirit
Before the pandemic, Trish had not written daily since she was 14. However, as the world became engulfed in uncertainty and social distancing measures took hold, she rediscovered her passion for writing. This revival of her creative spirit was not just a personal escape; it also prompted her to reflect on the impact of loneliness on mental health—a theme that resonated deeply with her professional background.
Cosy & Clean
We publish cosy, clean fiction for children, young adults, and the adult market. We do this to include everyone in our literary space. Some of our books do contain hard topics, but we hope to present them with dignity to all.
Publishing
Luna Eden Publishing is a small traditional publishing press based in the UK Midlands. We publish on a print-on-demand basis, a cost-effective and sustainable choice. We want to leave as little waste as possible.
Distribution
Our books are available at major platforms such as Waterstones, Kobo, Amazon, and Apple Books. We offer delivery to readers and small bookshops in the UK. As a small publisher, we appreciate your support when choosing to buy from us..
