Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and to ensure your experience is hassle-free, we’ve outlined our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Terms of Return:

- You may return books within 28 days from the date of delivery.

2. State of Return:

- Books must be returned in their original condition.

3. Reasons for Return:

- We accept returns for the following reasons:

  - The book was damaged upon arrival.

  - You received the wrong product.

4. Process for Return:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@lunaedenpublishing.co.uk 

- Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

5. Process of Refund: (Discounted Books Only)

 - We will offer a replacement for the book or will issue you a gift card.

In the case of a full refund for the entire purchase...

- Once we receive the returned books, we will inspect them to verify their condition.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.

- Please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund at £1 per book. 

These are hugely discounted books, and so some imperfections should be expected. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) is the primary UK legislation protecting consumers, ensuring goods, services, and digital content are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
